We understand life happens. To help us serve all of our clients fairly, we ask for advance notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a required deposit for future bookings. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to your service if you arrive as scheduled.

11. Payments & Pricing

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Service prices are posted in-salon and on our website but may change at any time without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking is the price you will be charged for that appointment, except where add-on services, length adjustments or design upgrades are added during your visit.

Gratuity is not included in the service price and is at your discretion. It may be paid in cash or added to your card payment.

12. Salon Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a calm, welcoming environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone who:

• Behaves abusively, threateningly or disrespectfully toward staff or other clients
• Arrives intoxicated or under the influence of substances that impair judgment
• Has a contagious skin or nail condition that may pose a health risk
• Fails to disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies or sensitivities when asked
